Oh So yummy!

First, I just want to say thanks to everyone who left me Anniversary wishes. We had a really nice day together Fri and Sat. We did a little shopping, watched our TV show together, watched a couple movies, had a big family dinner. It was just a lovely time, and I am feeling so rested and relaxed, it is great!

I wanted to share with you THE BEST chocolate chip cookie recipe I have ever come across. I have changed it some, so it is mine now...mwahaha! Last week I made these, and then we softened some vanilla ice cream and I made the biggest, bestest chocolate chip ice cream cookie sandwiches! YUM!

You will have to forgive the quality of the pic, I am still trying to get better at picture taking and sometimes...like this time...they still come out awful! lol. Anyway, you can get the yummy idea! Try them and let me know what you think...they are SUPER easy to make, pretty impressive...especially if you have kids :) Also, when you bake the cookie they do not really spread much, and it will be more of a crumbly consistency that you will wanna lightly smush together into your desired cookie shape. (Recipe below)

Also I did, finally, do another 365 LO :) I am going to try and get the other ones caught up ASAP as well, but I have been working on a little Easter hybrid project for a couple people.

The journaling reads:

This week went by so darn quickly! We had a REALLY fabulous time when we went to play mini-golf at the local Pirate Adventure place. Sometimes we have to pretend like we are tourists and enjoy some things that are just plain fun in the Disney area! We had a yummy homemade apple pie one day this week as well. Sometimes when you want a really homey comfort food, nothing beats a homemade apple pie while it's warm; with ice cream melting all over it! YUMM! The pic of Becca with her hands filthy was hilarious! We had eaten ribs that night and every single person at the table was just a mess! lol It was certainly finger lickin' good though!

Tanyia's Bestest Choco Chip Cookies!
