This is a really quick meal to prepare. It takes only a few minutes to get into the oven, about an hour and a quarter to bake. So it is a great week night meal because you can throw it together and go do other stuff... cause heaven know we do not exactly have time to stand over the stove for an hour any day, much less during the week!
3 c milk
2 cans cream of celery soup
4 c cubed ham
1 lb uncooked elbow macaroni8 oz fresh mushrooms
4oz chopped pimentos
1 med onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp dried parsley
-Mix all ingredients, pour into greased (I used Pam spray) 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake on 375 for 40 minutes. Uncover, stir; mixing completely, recover and bake another 30 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar, bake 10 more minutes.
Eat and enjoy! :) .... ps...the kids LOVED it!
I'll have to try that one. Maya may like it. She is so finicky.
