Oreo Cookie Bark

This is soooo super easy, and soooo super yummy! I am making this for a couple special people that I will be mailing it to tomorrow. I hope they enjoy! Keep in mind you can do this with anything. I have done dark chocolate with walnuts and dried cherries (ALWAYS a fave!), semi sweet choco and almonds is yummy, you can even do some orange peel and dark choc...really anything that floats your boat! This is one I had a hankering for and thought I would do for V-day, though.

I used 3 packages of white chocolate squares ... 18 one ounce squares.

Chop the chocolate, so that is melts easier. Set aside.

Crush 20 Oreos.

Set Oreo crumbles aside.

Melt the chocolate, in 30 second intervals...stirring in between. I did mine in half batches.
I like smaller batches because I have less trouble melting the chocolate evenly. After the chocolate is melted
add the Oreo crumbles, leaving a small amount aside to sprinkle on top later. Stir and then spread
out onto wax or parchment paper.

Sprinkle with the left over crumbles to decorate the top. Use your hand and gently
pat Oreos into the white chocolate to help them stick.

After they have completely cooled and solidified you can break into chunks. I put mine in some
cute little paper boxes. Ooooh.... and eat the left overs ASAP!
