A to Z Blogging Challenge: Cheesecake

Ooooh Weeee! Today's word for C is Cheesecake! Last night for dinner, well i wish for dinner, but actually it was for dessert... I made a Nutella Cheesecake. It was absolutely delicious! In my opinion it could have had more of a Nutella "ish" taste but it made for one fantastic chocolate cheesecake none the less! I wish the picture could have been better but the lighting in my dining room is absolute crap lol.

Nutella Cheesecake

Crust:
1 1/2 c crushed chocolate graham crackers
1 stick of butter, melted
2 tbsp sugar

Filling:
24 ounces of cream cheese
1/2 c flour
1 c sugar
1 egg
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c milk
1 jar of Nutella

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Take the crushed graham crackers and combine them
with the melted butter and sugar. Mix until all crumbs are coated, then press into the
bottom of a springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Lower oven to 300.
Set the crust aside to cool while you mix the other ingredients.

In a mixer, cream the cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla. Add the egg, then the egg whites
mixing thoroughly between each. Mix in the milk and the jar of Nutella until combined as well.
Pour into the crust and bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Let cool, then refrigerate until
completely chilled, will take several hours.
