Valentine's is on it's way!

I know, Christmas just ended, BUT I really kinda am feeling the crafty bug and Valentine's is on its way! I have started on a conversation heart bunting, and IF I ever complete it I will have a tut for it here. But, in the mean time I thought I would share some of my favorite projects I have come across through Pinterest. I totally love these candle holders... so very simple in design but I think they look so sweet.
