October Package Pals link up

I am finally linking this up, I should have done so sooner but I ... blah blah blah, excuses, excuses. I should have done it, that's that. But here I am now, so let's get on with it, shall we?

My partner was Bonnie, of Ruthie Maes.  You can click on her name there and it will take you to her link up post where she posted what I sent her. I am not sure why but I forget to take a pic of what I sent her so I am glad she did! lol

Bonnie was a real sweetheart and I was glad I got to know her a bit through this swap. She told me about her adorable kiddo so I wanted to send a few things to get them all in the Christmas crafting spirit and have something they could play with together. I know how disappointed even my 11 yr old gets when there is nothing for her in my goodies, so that is what I sent.

*Also here is a tip ... make sure your partner actually celebrates the same holidays you do! I realized after sending Bonnie her goodies I did not even know if they celebrated Christmas and then I felt like a presumptuous ass, but thankfully they do, so, whew! I will check next time, though! lol

Here is what Bonnie sent me:

Oh, I was so beyond excited to receive this box of goodies, and Bonnie went above and beyond in making sure that everything in it would be stuff I would really enjoy! Thank you so much, Bonnie!

Look at all that yummy goodness!

She sent me a book... YES... and entire book on table runners, which as anyone should know I love making table runners :) I LOVE this book and there are some new techniques in there I am really looking forward to trying!

I got these adorable stickers as well. I am pretty sure that Rebecca jumped up and down and squue'd out loud. lol. She loves stickers and making holiday cards for family and friends with them and that is just what she did! <3 She spent ALL Saturday evening doing so and had so much fun! Thank you for bringing a smile to my little one's face, Bonnie :)

Oh and of course Becca HAD to borrow these scissors for her cards! lol I told her fine but there was no way she could keep em! lol I love ribbon as well so those were a welcome addition to my craft room, and I giggled at the laminate counter samples... I am glad I am not the only one that plays with them! I love making keychains out of them using digi scrap supplies! :)

I almost fell off my chair when I saw these! :) I do not have a little square mat and I certainly do not have a diamond...much less any other shape template ruler. I was SO beyond excited! I so want to try using this, being a new "ish" quilter these are new for me and squuueeee! I am thrilled ty so so much! :)

Last but not least some adorable Christmas fabric... which is probably make a great runner! :) Oh and there was a bunch of great colors of embroidery floss as well, not sure why I forgot to take a pic of those!

This was so much fun and a great experience and ty Bonnie for being a wonderful partner :)
