I have finished my plus quilt! Yay I am so excited. Here is a quick look as it will go on its own post for the 2014 FAL... speaking of which I still need to do one for last week's runner! This week has flown by!
Also this week I made a wreath, and will have a mini tut for this soon... not a really in depth one as its pretty elementary. I also do not have good daytime pics yet hehe
Last but not least for this week, I just pulled out all my selvedge edges and ironed them nice and pretty and am going to start a string quilt with them, so far all I got was the edges lol

Now I have to get my butt to the post office as my mom's birthday is Friday and I have not mailed her gift yet! Eeek! Ugh and my middle dd is turning 16 tomorrow! Geez, where has the time gone?!

Your plus quilt looks great. The stronger colours really help add that extra contrast which works so well.

ReplyDeleteLove the wreath! Would love to have a wreath for each season for our front door... should really pull my finger out and get on that instead of wishing and hoping.

fab plus quilt! I'm starting to get the urge to make one of these, always 2 years behind the trend! I love the cotton reel wreath! I don't usually go for wreaths, but I love this one!
