I am totally sure Elvis would have approved. Speaking of Elvis, my 11 yr old daughter does one heck of an impersonation. It is really adorable! I do not even know how she knows about Elvis, frankly lol.
I wanted to share this recipe with you, the are actually pretty yummy, although rather rich!
Ingredients:
2 packages of fudge brownie mix
chocolate melting discs, to taste
chopped walnuts, to taste
4 bananas
2 reg size packages of vanilla pudding mix
16 oz cool whip, thawed
Directions:
Prepare brownies according to directions, in a 9 x 11 (or 13) pan. Sprinkle some walnuts on top of the mixture and lightly pat into the mix so they bake just into the brownies. Bake according to directions.
Cool brownies completely. Slice bananas and layer on top of the cooled brownies.
Melt the chocolate melting discs, or any other choc you prefer, and drizzle lightly with a spoon ontop of the bananas.
Combine the pudding mixes with the cool whip by folding gently. Then spread the cool whip mixture ontop of the bananas.
Finish off by adding some chopped walnuts and more drizzled chocolate... to your taste.
And if you have a minute and can vote for my berries n cream cake (using tanyiadeskins as the id) in the mixing bowl contest I would be eternally grateful!
