Foodie Friday

I am sure that exists somewhere... it has too, it just sounds too...natural, or something, doesn't it? lol

Anyway, I was inspired by a recipe that I saw on Sunday Baker. This is a recipe for Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars.... aka...Re*ces C*ps! They are absolutely ridiculously easy and absolutely ridiculously delicious!!! I ended up doubling the recipe and freezing one batch in a couple ziploc baggies so we could pull out a little at a time when we needed a fix! lol Please...pay no attention to the foil pan...I am moving, remember, and literally have no cookware here! lol

Ingredients:

You will need 3 1/2c powdered sugar, 1 1/2 c of graham cracker crumbs,
1 3/4c peanut butter, 2 sticks of butter, and 12 oz. of chocolate chips.

You are going to combine the powdered sugar, the graham cracker crumbs, and
peanut butter, then melt the butter and add that. You can use a mixer
but I just combined everything with a spoon, either way works.

Then you will spread the mixture, evenly, smoothing it down as you go into a
long but thin pan, approx 9 x 13...jelly roll style...honestly ... its just a pan
it does not matter the size :) And go on...use your fingers, see my finger prints
above? I did that just so I could lick 'em clean! MMMMhmm!

Then you will put the choc chips in the microwave and melt them :) Do it slowly...you can
always do it more but you can never take back over doing it! Ask my poor dh...
he had to make a store run last night to go get more chips lol.

Let them cool in the fridge for about an hour then take them out and let them sit and solidify for
another hour or so...I got a little impatient and as you can see, the world didn't end. They are
very rich, so I cut them in small chunks, and they are DELICIOUS! Go... go make some..now!

ohhhh...and P.S. they are flamazing frozen!
