Spring Paper Painting

Ok, well I am by no means a painter lol, however, I was able to take THIS  inspiration I found online and paint a branch onto canvas. That was the extent of my expertise though! So I relied on Sandra, from FruitLoop Sally Designs at 9th&Bloom for the rest! hehe.

Remember I told you how digital scrapbooking supplies are MUCH much more economical... well, they truly are! I used the kit I showed you to make a scrapbooking layout, plus this gorgeous little painting, and it is still on my hard drive to use as many more times as I please! LOVE it!

So after I painted on the branches, I printed out the birdie, flowers, and life sign. I cut them out, added a bit of glitter to the flowers (which you can not see too well in the photo), shaped the flowers a bit to make them pop and be 3D like. I love how it turned out. I love the light blue color and the Springy feel it brings to my foyer!

I'm hosting a Throwback Thursdays Party, and would love it if you swung by and linked up something you made/bought/did from before blogging. I can't wait to see what you bring.
