Hybrid Halloween Table Decor

Ok...this was supposed to be for The Hybrid Chick. BUT...as you can see my posting plummeted in October (not that that is unusual lol) and I never fulfilled my obligations to The Digi Chick. Which I apologize for. I am a crappy team member for them as I am just not able to do what I need on time. Designing has definitely gotten in the way of my dream gig...but I do feel a little unqualified anyway. bleh...whatever. I just would love to share my project with you now.

This is simply a hybrid sign made for a table top...as it is long. I ended up putting it across the kitchen counter that we have. I really love how it turned out, it is adorable! Let me know what you think.

Materials used (kit image linked):

The first thing you do is decide how large you want your individual letters to be. Then you make LOs that size for each letter, print and then adhere to card stock. Mine were about 3 x 5 and then once adhered to card stock they are more stable and look like this:

Then you are going to pierce two holes on each side of the individual letter papers. Do not worry about being exactly even, as a matter of fact go a little haphazard to give it a bit more character when you string them together. Then insert eyelets and BANG! lol

You will then have a nice, neat eyeletted stack of letters ready to be strung together.

Then using some sort of something you like string them together... ummm..be sure you spell it right lol ... I mean, not that I did this wrong the first time, just...ya know as a public service message! hehe

And the finished product ... which ironically is the worst photo imaginable, but I swear it looks good lol. Oh...and btw, NO that is not my messy table in the background. It's, ummm, the neighbors!

So....right....enjoy your day! Go create!
