Yummiest Most Sinful Appetizer Ever!

I can not take credit for this recipe. I got it from the Noble Pig, please, click their name and check the site out. they are a beautiful vineyard with the most amazing recipes ever! :)

Also as a little added plus I got featured for this photo I took :) At Paper <3 Camera as a touch up favorite of the week! I was SO excited.

Anyway, check this sinfully, delicious treat! My word if it wasn't awesome! 

Kahlua pecan Brown Sugar baked Brie

1 wheel of Brie (about 19 ounces)
1c Kahlua
1c packed brown sugar
1c pecan halves
crackers to  eat with (stone ground are perfect!)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Slice the top rind off of the Brie, but place to sit back on top of Brie before putting it into the oven. I baked for 25 minutes until nice and "melty" Yep, melty is my word, I am pretty sure that one day you will find it in the dictionary! :)

While the Brie is baking, put the Kahlua and brown sugar in a saucepan, bring to a soft boil and let simmer, stirring often, for about 15 minutes until nice and syrupy! Put the pecans in at the last minute, stir to incorporate and heat up.

Remove the top of the rind from the Brie and pour the warm, gooey, yummy, goodness ontop of it!

Scoop up with crackers while making slightly obscene noises... but you won't care, cause YEA it is that good!  As it cools the syrupy goodness will harden so eat up! ... oh right, then come back and thank me for sharing this genius find with you! :)
